Courtney
Co-Founder and Lake Norman Manager
Courtney Carlisle is a dedicated wife and mother of three, born and raised in North Carolina. With over 15 years of experience in management, executive assisting, business ownership, and professional organizing, Courtney has developed a diverse skill set that allows her to excel in various fields. Known as a reliable “jack -of-all-trades”, she thrives on problem-solving and helping others.
When she’s not working, Courtney enjoys life on the lake, soaking in the beauty of nature, visiting her second home in Wilmington and spending time at the beach. Balancing family, work and leisure, Courtney brings a personal touch and a wealth of experience to everything she does.
Wendy
Co-Founder and Wilmington Manager

Wendy Grimm is a married, proud mother of four children who are all very involved in sports. Born and raised in North Carolina, she moved from Cary to Wilmington in 1997 and graduated from UNC-Wilmington with a degree in Psychology. She began her career in the mortgage industry, then embarked on an entrepreneurial journey after her first child was born.
Wendy is a licensed real estate agent and part-time New Hanover County Schools substitute teacher. With over 15 years of management, team building, and business ownership experience, Wendy's strengths include her "can do" attitude, organizational skills, attention to detail, high-level customer service, and interpersonal skills. She also enjoys event planning and catering with her husband, Private Chef, Scott Grimm. Wendy and her family are beach enthusiasts, enjoy live music, sporting events, and spending vacation time in the NC mountains.
Gretta
Asheville Manager
Gretta Kubis has lived in the area (Biltmore Forest), for 13 years. Born and raised in North Carolina, Gretta attended UNC – Chapel Hill and with her husband of 11 years, live in a house divided (Tarheel and Wolfpack grads; who knew there could be peace). They share a beautiful daughter and stay busy with school lines and ballet practices. Gretta is a member of Biltmore Church and enjoys being an active member of the community. With 17 years of experience in the real estate mortgage business as an underwriter, she is delighted to live in a town with such broad beauty and range of fun activities and where real estate and vacation properties continue to prosper.
