Storm Preperation
Customizable preparation checklist for your home. Such as, bringing outdoor furniture in and securing storm shutters.
Pre and Post Stay Preperations
As needed, management of your vacation home to prepare for your arrival and when you depart, including stock of grocery and toiletry items and disposal as needed.
Listing Agent Services
Regular Maintenance checks on listed properties, and as needed, project management.
Vendor/Project Management
Single point of contact for all of your home’s vendors and project needs. Management of Lawn Care, Housekeepers, Pool Companies, Propane refills, etc.
Project-based Needs
As needed project management such as accepting deliveries, power washing, window cleaning, managing remodels, organizing, seasonal decorating & packing/unpacking services.
Services start at $50/hour
